“Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! ”

“I have stayed at Landsdowne many years, typically for girls spa weekends or overnight stay while I’m in town. The Spa Experience is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly all around. I continue to enjoy my stays!”

“Conveniently located relative to the airport-just 10 minutes away. When I called for the airport shuttle, the receptionist informed us it would pick us up in a few minutes. It arrived after 30 minutes. The driver was helpful but we were frustrated by the expectation not being accurately set by the receptionist. The bathroom had unsightly water damage to the doors and a damp and musty smell.”

“The rooms here are always clean and the breakfast is always great. The staff at is very friendly and efficient. This is a very well managed hotel. My only complaint is that I wish there was a tip jar for the breakfast staff - they deserve a little bump for the well stocked, neat and clean breakfast bar. ”

“The hotel itself was nice, staff was great, rooms were good, breakfast was solid. My only issue was that I was there for 4 days for work but the wifi was completely unusable most of the time. If I was on the couch or bed it didn't work so I had to use my cell data during the visit. I had to scoot my desk closer to the door for my laptop to connect and at one point I had to work from the lobby. I let staff know and they are aware one side of the hotel has awful service.
